The Travel Box is a containment box for money acquired on various travels around the world.
​The Travel Box has two layers for storage, the bottom being a suede lined section of the bottom of the box and the top section is an organizational tray that floats on top. The wood used is Jamaican Red Cedar, acquired from Jamaica and milled by the artist. The sliding top of the box has a scroll saw cutout of a map of the world, and provides viewing windows for the currency below.
